The originality of the project, made possible by the complementary nature of our backgrounds and skills (and our ages too), lies in the commitment we have made to each other: Arnaud brings all his experience of the vineyard and the cellar, Stéphane and Christine bring capital, but also their capacity for hard work and their experience in managing a business: "The three of us are bosses. We make all decisions together."

As co-manager of the estate, Stéphane oversees both its development and relations with agents and influencers.

"I'm amazed by the success of young estates in the Languedoc region. Their boldness, creativity, and ability to carve out a place for themselves in an ultra-competitive market are inspiring."
Christine
A true passionate new winemaker, Christine has immersed herself in the world of wine and devotes part of her time to cultivating the vines.
What is your biggest challenge?
"Playing the piano... and selling our wines to hotels, restaurants, and cafés! Two very different tasks, but both require the same rigor and commitment."
Arnaud
A talented oenologist trained at some of the finest estates, Arnaud reveals the terroirs of Gaillac with a modern vision.
What are you most proud of?
"Everything we've achieved in a year: the vineyard, the first vintage... And above all, the partnership with Christine and Stéphane. It's a real human adventure as well as a business venture."
